Deliveries

Delivery is free for orders over €70.00 (excluding VAT 21%).
For orders under €70.00 excluding VAT, we charge €8.50 excluding VAT 21%.
For next working day delivery please place your order before 4.00pm. Orders placed on Friday before 4pm will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.  

It sounds obvious, but only goods that are in stock can be delivered the next working day. Just take a look at a product's details to see if it's in stock or when it's due in.
Furniture items are delivered using a separate courier, please take note of expected delivery times when checking out on the website.
We deliver to every county in Ireland.

There may be an extra charge for delivering to some remote postcodes. We'll tell you immediately if this applies to your order, and won't process it without your approval.
We always need a signature for goods, which is why we don't deliver to PO Box addresses (no-one's small enough to wait inside and sign).

Tips:
Our couriers have to deliver to the exact address on the order, so please include your floor number in your order address (unless you're in a bungalow, of course).
Delivering furniture and safes is a heavy business. Our couriers are insured to deliver these only to the ground floor of a building. Because our safes are so heavy, we can't deliver them if there are problems of access: stairs, door size, etc.
There's an extra charge when delivering a safe, and there may be a further charge if access is difficult, but we'll ask you about access when you order.
